Christian Dior Senior Production Planner

- Develop and update the production launch plan based on material availability and commercial priorities.
- Initiate production orders in alignment with material availability, supplier capacity, and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor deviations from the initial launch plan and propose corrective actions.
- Prepare reporting activities on planning performance, analyzing KPIs and performance indicators.
- Oversee the arrival of missing materials for launched orders to ensure timely production completion.
- Manage extra consumption requests, assessing the impact on materials, supply plans, and scheduling.
- Ensure accurate issuance of picking lists for internal and external warehouses to secure necessary materials for production commencement.
- Support the implementation of the new ERP system by participating in testing, analyzing processes, and contributing to operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Technical Office to ensure alignment across departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and the evolution of digital tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 8–10 years of experience in production planning or supply chain roles within structured manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in planning tools (ERP/MRP, advanced Excel).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on measurement, deviation control, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and a propensity for cross-functional teamwork.
- Good command of the English language.
Minimum of 5 years in production planning or supply chain roles within structured manufacturing environments.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
