1. Develop and update the production launch plan based on material availability and commercial priorities.
2. Initiate production orders in alignment with material availability, supplier capacity, and delivery deadlines.
3. Monitor deviations from the initial launch plan and propose corrective actions.
4. Prepare reports on planning performance, analyzing KPIs and performance indicators.
5. Track the arrival of missing materials to ensure timely production completion.
6. Manage requests for additional consumption, assessing the impact on materials, procurement plans, and scheduling.
7. Ensure accurate issuance of picking lists for internal and external warehouses to guarantee material availability for production commencement.
8. Support the implementation of the new ERP system by participating in testing, analyzing processes, and contributing to operational improvements.
9. Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and Technical Office to ensure departmental alignment.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and the evolution of digital tools.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
2. 8–10 years of experience in production planning or supply chain roles within structured manufacturing environments.

1. Excellent knowledge of planning tools (ERP/MRP, advanced Excel).
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on measurement, deviation control, and problem-solving.
3. Excellent communication skills and a propensity for cross-functional collaboration.
4. Proficiency in English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain roles.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
