1. Develop and implement the PR strategy for Women's and Baby Dior collections, ensuring alignment with global brand image.
2. Support the Head of Press in strategy creation for UK Womenswear collections and product launches.
3. Secure maximum editorial exposure, including covers and feature stories across Haute Couture, Ready to Wear, Leather Goods & Accessories, and Baby Dior.
4. Manage communications and activities for print, digital, VIP dressing, influencer activation, and events within company guidelines.
5. Develop and manage the PR Coordinator, VIP Coordinator, PR Assistants, and interns on product management, sample movement, and PR communication.
6. Maintain and develop relationships with editors, stylists, and influencers.
7. Oversee organization of runway shows, including seating, photographers, and backstage confirmations for Paris and international shows.
8. Attend women's shows in Paris and manage press relations.
9. Align influencer strategy with global focuses and cultivate new talent.
10. Plan and execute PR events worldwide and locally, including press days, store openings, and exhibitions.
11. Manage budgets for all PR activities and oversee the seasonal gifting process.

1. Extensive PR & Communications experience with a minimum of 7 years.
2. Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within the UK Press industry.
3. Strong knowledge of the fashion industry, trends, and competitors.

1. Excellent writing, organization, management, negotiating, communication, and relationship-building skills.
2. Ability to multitask and work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR management software (Launchmetrics, Lefty, Cision).
4. Sound understanding of UK media and retail landscape.
5. Attention to detail and demonstration of initiative.

Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within the UK Press industry, with extensive PR & Communications experience.
