Christian Dior Senior Officer of Women's Ready-to-Wear Industrialization

- Provide technical support to external laboratories and Centers of Excellence, as well as internal company functions, to resolve technical issues related to women's clothing production and the fabrics used.
- Supervise production fittings, modifying models for production purposes and defining quality standards.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of product technical sheets, ensuring that Production Planning and Scheduling possess all necessary technical information.
- Oversee production progress and quality control at external laboratories and/or Centers of Excellence, evaluating the quality of executive production and adherence to agreed timelines according to production plans.
- Supervise product quality according to defined standards during various weaving stages with the fabric reference and in the finished garment packaging.
- Address defects by proposing and/or prompting interventions/solutions to eliminate quality discrepancies.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury apparel sector, particularly in sportswear.
- In-depth knowledge of the apparel production process.
- Strong skills in pattern making and prototyping.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Diplomacy and determination to propose technical solutions to problems.
- Ability to command respect and gain credibility.
- Technical expertise in women's fashion production.
- Proficiency in quality control and assurance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
