1. Prepare seasonal buy through sales analysis, product strategy development, and identification of product opportunities in collaboration with the Leathergoods Manager.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions on OTB budget and deliver strategic decisions in line with brand guidelines.
3. Manage the seasonal buy process and coordinate closely with the sales planning team regarding forecasts.
4. Develop a balanced product assortment strategy to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through.
5. Build initial allocation strategies for seasonal and permanent products to maximize sales and achieve targets.
6. Partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal stock flow and maximize sales opportunities across seasons.
7. Work closely with Retail and E-Commerce teams to deliver clear product strategies and maximize sales and sell-through in line with global guidelines.
8. Collaborate with the VM team on product launches, new store openings, events, and monthly floor-sets.
9. Conduct product training and partner with the Training team to deliver training materials.
10. Monitor sales and inventory, executing actions with relevant teams to maximize sales and sell-through.
11. Support special events by planning product strategies and assortment, monitoring stock flow to achieve event targets.
12. Prepare a Merchandising Map Book every season for Leathergoods.
13. Manage trunk show samples by monitoring delivery and arranging rotation according to OTO schedule and Presales plan.
14. Conduct sales forecasting and monthly forecast adjustments in cooperation with the Sales Planning team.
15. Identify key product trends, competitors’ pricing, and launch strategies.
16. Propose market needs to reflect in the seasonal collection.
17. Consolidate and deliver constructive feedback on product and collection for Leathergoods.
18. Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to propose appropriate actions for both overall business and seasonal collection in Leathergoods.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related major.
2. Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience in fashion or luxury brands.

1. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
3. In-depth understanding of the local fashion market and commercial acumen.
4. Proficiency in both oral and written English.
5. Ability to work under dynamic environments.
6. Strong communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience in fashion or luxury brands.
