- Prepare seasonal buying plans through comprehensive sales analysis and product strategy development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make informed decisions on OTB budget, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage the seasonal buying process and coordinate closely with the sales planning team regarding forecasts.
- Develop a balanced product assortment strategy to achieve targeted sales projections and sell-through rates.
- Build initial allocation strategies for seasonal and permanent products to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to ensure optimal stock flow and maximize sales opportunities across seasons.
- Work closely with Retail and E-Commerce teams to deliver clear product strategies and maximize sales in line with global guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on product launches, new store openings, events, and monthly floor-sets.
- Conduct product training and partner with the Training team to deliver training materials.
- Monitor sales and inventory, executing actions with relevant teams to maximize sales and sell-through.
- Support special events by planning product strategies and assortments, monitoring stock flow to achieve event targets.
- Prepare the Merchandising Map Book every season for Leathergoods.
- Manage Trunk show samples by monitoring delivery and arranging rotation according to OTO schedule and Presales plan.
- Conduct sales forecasting and monthly forecast adjustments in cooperation with the Sales Planning team.
- Identify key product trends, competitors’ pricing, and launch strategies.
- Propose market needs to reflect in the seasonal collection and consolidate feedback on products and collections.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to propose appropriate actions for both overall business and seasonal collections.
- Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related major.
- Minimum 5 years of merchandising experience in fashion or luxury brands.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- In-depth understanding of the local fashion market and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in both oral and written English.
- Strong communication skills to work closely with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under dynamic environments.
A minimum of 5 years of merchandising experience in fashion or luxury brands is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a fashion-related major.
