Christian Dior Senior Marketing Product Manager – Horlogerie

- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with Dior Joaillerie & Horlogerie's vision and market demands.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the luxury and watchmaking industries.
- Create and implement comprehensive 360° marketing plans to promote new and existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative studios, development, supply chain, merchandising, training) to develop robust strategies to invigorate the category.
- Continuously monitor direct and indirect competition within the segment.
- Work closely with creative design, engineering, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive product development and marketing efforts.
- Manage a team of product managers.
- Establish financial objectives and track product performance, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A graduate degree is advantageous.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management and marketing, focusing on the watchmaking or luxury products industry.
- Proven experience in successfully launching and managing products in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Passion for the watchmaking industry and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
