1. Develop and implement a boutique communication strategy in collaboration with the VP of Retail Operations.
2. Coordinate communication flow between the Corporate Office and Boutiques, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
3. Partner with Training and Human Resources to develop and implement a Retail Communication program.
4. Utilize communication tools to measure and report on the completion of Retail Onboarding modules.
5. Act as the primary gatekeeper for all communications and workload directed to Boutiques.
6. Drive adoption and development of communication tools, working with field and corporate teams.
7. Facilitate alignment of corporate and store calendars, reconciling strategic conflicts.
8. Manage Boutique contests, incentives, and recognition programs.
9. Define processes for information distribution on Communication boards in stores.
10. Provide feedback to the VP of Retail Operations to develop solutions for process implementations.
11. Evaluate the impact of communication initiatives, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field.
2. In-store experience is a plus.

1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Ability to interact with all levels of management.
3. Proficiency in MS Office programs.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
6. Graphics or design experience preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar field is required, with in-store experience considered advantageous.

Salary range of $120k - $135k annually, plus bonus eligibility.
