Christian Dior Senior Leather Goods Product Manager

- Develop collection briefs four times a year, focusing on trends, market opportunities, strategic directions, and target collection plans.
- Edit the collection plan in collaboration with the Studio and development teams, providing product recommendations and adjustments until the showroom phase.
- Manage the coding of marketing attributes, ensuring product reference control and monitoring.
- Collaborate with the industrial team to develop pricing strategies, including collection pricing, repricing, and margin control.
- Construct the modelario, serving as a collection dashboard and purchasing tool.
- Create product narratives for internal clients.
- Organize showrooms four times a year, managing prototypes and product shootings in collaboration with the photo studio, and presenting products to Retail and Wholesale merchandisers.
- Oversee technical development with industrial and quality teams.
- Coordinate 360° collection launches, presenting collections and product strategies to press, digital, VIP/VIC, and training teams.
- Select and provide prototypes for various shootings, managing Press, Digital, and VIP orders.
- Prepare post-showroom summary documents, including purchase summaries for press and training teams, and launch packs for different regions.
- Conduct competitive studies and price mapping.
- Perform ad hoc studies for Top Management needs.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Product Marketing.
- Educational background in Business School, Marketing, or Management, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in French and English, with Italian as a plus.
- Mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and general ease with IT tools.
- Strong reactivity and proactivity.
- Ability to work swiftly in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
- High sense of rigor, precision, and detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, autonomy, and dynamism.
- Curiosity, openness, and a developed sense of communication, listening, and observation.
A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in product marketing is required.
Degree from a Business School, or in Marketing and Management, or equivalent.
