1. Conduct research on yarns and raw materials.
2. Initiate and oversee trials and prototypes with Italian and French manufacturers.
3. Monitor fittings and alterations.
4. Coordinate with the Artistic Direction and Haute Couture production teams.
5. Create and update collection documentation, including technical sheets and collection plans.
6. Manage budgets and manufacturing costs for orders.
7. Handle administrative tasks such as purchase orders and invoice tracking.
8. Assist with high-end ready-to-wear knitwear product development as needed.

1. Technical fashion education or equivalent.
2. Minimum 7 years of experience in knitwear product development.
3. In-depth technical knowledge of garments, particularly knitwear.
4. Strong affinity for fashion and luxury, with an awareness of trends.
5. Fluency in French and English; Italian is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick adaptability to industry-specific software.
2. Expertise in product lifecycle management tools like PLM.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Autonomous, flexible, and open-minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
5. Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
6. Excellent communication, listening, and observational abilities.

Minimum 10 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on knitwear development.

Technical fashion education or equivalent.
