Christian Dior Senior Human Resources Manager

- Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in HRBP topics, including talent development and performance management strategies.
- Identify learning and development needs for retail teams in collaboration with the Talent Development team.
- Drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning for Southeast retail teams.
- Support Organization Management Review and career mobility processes.
- Partner with the Senior Director, Human Resources for annual review processes.
- Develop and manage programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Co-lead performance management training tools and concepts.
- Conduct career conversations with retail talents.
- Lead employee relations topics and investigations for the Southeast region.
- Communicate and document investigation findings and partner with Legal and Asset Protection teams as needed.
- Analyze employee relations trends and develop proactive strategies.
- Collaborate with HR Leaders to promote positive employee relations.
- Partner with HR Controlling team for staff cost budget planning.
- Align HR practices with business goals and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate with LVMH HR Business Partners to ensure best practices.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in HR.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, development, and employee relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex environment.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
- Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Effective communication skills both in person and by phone.
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Annual salary with bonus eligibility.
