1. Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert on HR Business Partner topics, including talent development and performance management strategies.
2. Identify learning and development needs for retail teams in collaboration with the Talent Development team.
3. Drive talent management, development, retention, and succession planning for Southeast retail teams.
4. Support Organization Management Review and career mobility processes.
5. Facilitate annual review processes in partnership with the Senior Director of Human Resources.
6. Develop and manage programs to enhance employee engagement across the organization.
7. Co-lead performance management training and key concept dissemination.
8. Conduct career conversations with retail talents.
9. Lead employee relations topics and investigations for the Southeast region, ensuring effective interviewing and documentation techniques.
10. Collaborate with Legal and Asset Protection teams during investigations and provide timely reports.
11. Analyze employee relations trends and develop proactive strategies with HR leaders.
12. Partner with HR Controlling team in staff cost budget planning.
13. Enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
14. Align HR practices with business goals and propose improvements.
15. Collaborate with LVMH HR Business Partners to ensure best practices.

1. At least 7 years of relevant experience in human resources.
2. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of US labor laws.
4. Demonstrated experience in talent management, development, and employee relations.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
4. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment.
5. Initiative and ability to work independently.
6. Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion with sensitive information.

A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Annual salary with bonus eligibility.
