Christian Dior Senior Human Resources Executive

- Source and attract candidates through internal and external job portals, with a preference for LinkedIn recruitment expertise.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and growth potential.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to update or create job descriptions for new positions.
- Manage employee engagement activities, including annual staff parties, company outings, and CSR initiatives.
- Initiate recognition and appreciation plans and activities.
- Prepare onboarding processes, including orientation and welcome kits, and manage probation communications.
- Oversee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.
- Administer payroll, analyze compensation surveys, and prepare compensation proposals and budgets.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll bank transfers, pensions, and taxes.
- Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy of employee information and data management.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and monitor leave applications.
- Coordinate with vendors for work permit and visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align global HR practices with local adaptations.
- Handle day-to-day HR operational tasks and ad hoc assignments.
- University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel.
- Fluency in Filipino and English.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably in the luxury retail, retail, or FMCG industry.
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
