Christian Dior Senior Financial Controller

- Supervise and consolidate monthly and forecast closures, ensuring coherence and relevance of financial indicators across various regions.
- Coordinate and consolidate budgets and revisions with regional teams, facilitating meetings with operational staff for in-depth analysis and critical review of budgetary items.
- Oversee group reporting, including cash flow, tax, and IFRS adjustments, in collaboration with central departments.
- Develop predictive stock equations and ensure continuous support between central finance teams and the four geographic poles.
- Actively participate in financial tool improvement projects, such as SAP and Anaplan implementations.
- Provide proactive financial guidance to operational teams on all financial matters.
- Monitor and continuously optimize commercial expenses, identifying performance improvement levers and analyzing KPI dashboards.
- Conduct complex ad hoc analyses as requested by the CFO Europe or the President of the Europe zone.
- Degree from a top-tier business school or equivalent higher education institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, consulting, and/or operational financial control, preferably with retail experience.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and adapt to multiple demands with agility.
