1. Develop and maintain the F&B Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 'Bible' and Referential.
2. Create a global toolbox for opening processes, operational tools, systems, and auditing processes.
3. Ensure consistency across all F&B locations worldwide.
4. Manage projects for multiple opening locations, coordinating with third-party operators and consultants.
5. Coordinate with consulting chefs to align culinary concept delivery with Dior's standards and expectations.
6. Collaborate with Communications & Image teams for timely approvals on branded requirements.
7. Coordinate with relevant Dior departments, including local and HQ teams, to manage projects in accordance with global and local standards.
8. Implement follow-up processes to maintain adherence to food quality and service standards post-opening.
9. Conduct on-site training, follow-up meetings, and auditing visits to ensure compliance.
10. Provide financial expertise for F&B locations, including pre-opening and post-opening analysis.
11. Consolidate P&L and benchmark costs and fees.

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field from a Business School or 'Ecole Hôtelière'.
2. Minimum 5 to 8 years of direct experience in hospitality/F&B.
3. Strong experience in luxury/high-end environments.

1. Exceptional communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong partnerships.
2. Project management skills with strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to represent Dior as a client-facing brand ambassador for hospitality concepts.
4. Proficiency in English and French.

Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in hospitality or F&B, with a focus on luxury or high-end environments.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
