Christian Dior Senior Data Analyst

- Analyze customer behaviors including purchases, interactions, segmentation, and omnichannel journeys.
- Produce analyses and recommendations to enhance customer experience, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Monitor and measure the performance of marketing actions and CRM campaigns such as emailing, events, and in-store clienteling.
- Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for preparation, segmentation, and scoring.
- Industrialize data flows and analytical models using Dataiku.
- Provide dashboards, reports, and recommendations to CRM, marketing, and retail teams.
- Conduct ad hoc or regular analyses to identify customer activation opportunities.
- Contribute to the data roadmap focused on customer knowledge.
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a specialization in data or marketing.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years focused on CRM and customer issues.
- Proficiency in Dataiku in a production context.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Expertise in Dataiku DSS, including recipes, scenarios, plugins, and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong skills in Python or R.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and Dataiku Charts.
- Solid knowledge of data architecture, ETL, and relational databases.
- Experience in developing models such as RFM, segmentation, scoring, and churn.
- Strong understanding of CRM challenges including targeting, activation, and loyalty.
- Knowledge of clienteling logic including personalization, omnichannel, and retail.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Analytical mindset focused on results and problem-solving.
Minimum 10 years of experience in data analysis, with significant exposure to CRM and customer-related challenges.
Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a specialization in data or marketing.
