- Define purchasing strategy in collaboration with industrial, marketing, supply chain, and development teams.
- Establish and implement purchasing procedures.
- Coordinate with development services to anticipate purchases for new products.
- Conduct market research and monitor product category trends.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Manage price negotiations and supplier agreements.
- Oversee sourcing and supplier panel evaluation.
- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure contract compliance.
- Analyze and map supplier characteristics.
- Lead annual supplier evaluation processes.
- Manage purchasing data in ERP M3 and update prices annually.
- Monitor supplier disputes and payment delays.
- Track purchasing budgets and conduct variance analysis with financial control.
- Ensure supplier compliance and communicate purchasing strategy across project groups.
- Implement and monitor key success indicators.
- Identify and communicate risk factors related to economic conditions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in a relevant field.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in purchasing.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented, autonomous, and analytical mindset.
- Emotional intelligence and stress resilience.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP M3 and PowerBI is advantageous.
