1. Oversee the design and execution of boutique projects, including new locations, expansions, renovations, and relocations.
2. Ensure projects align with the brand's architectural concept and image while optimizing space and cost.
3. Collaborate with local architects and store planners to manage construction within budget and timeline constraints.
4. Develop new furniture designs and architectural elements in harmony with Dior's aesthetic.
5. Present project designs to the Zone Manager and Director of Architecture for approval and to the General Management Committee.
6. Lead the design and development of approved projects, ensuring quality control of execution drawings and manufacturing plans.

1. Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in an architecture firm or retail company.
3. Proven experience in design and construction.
4. Project management and site supervision experience is highly advantageous.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
2. Strong communication and persuasion skills.
3. Curiosity and a passion for innovation in techniques, methods, and materials.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 10 years in architecture or retail design, with a focus on project management and construction supervision.

Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
