1. Oversee the design of boutique projects including new locations, expansions, renovations, and relocations.
2. Ensure project construction aligns with budget and timeline, coordinating with local architects and store planners.
3. Develop new furniture designs and architectural elements consistent with Dior's architectural concept.
4. Present projects for validation to the Zone Manager and Director of Architecture, and to the General Management in the boutiques committee.
5. Lead the design and development of approved projects, ensuring quality execution within budget and schedule.
6. Monitor architectural execution drawings and fabrication drawings for quality assurance.

1. Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in an architecture firm or retail company.
3. Proven experience in design and construction.
4. Project management and site supervision experience is highly advantageous.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
2. Strong curiosity and passion for innovation and new techniques.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture or retail design, with a focus on project management and construction oversight.

Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
