- Ensure the protection of assets and personnel within warehouse environments.
- Co-lead environmental initiatives and improve working conditions in collaboration with occupational health professionals.
- Define and enforce safety protocols across sites.
- Ensure compliance with new regulations and standards.
- Promote a culture of safety, security, and optimal working conditions among logistics teams.
- Monitor certifications and driving authorizations, and identify training needs in safety, security, and environment.
- Oversee daily security and safety management of sites, including access control and staff training.
- Maintain regulatory records and security procedure documentation.
- Centralize regulatory documents such as prevention plans and safety protocols.
- Update the risk assessment document (DUERP) and other regulatory documents.
- Prepare and participate in Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee meetings.
- Advise management on security and safety issues in line with internal policies.
- Conduct or oversee security audits and propose improvement plans.
- Draft and implement contracts and specifications, and oversee service delivery in transport, security, and surveillance.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure their implementation.
- Coordinate site visits with insurers and regulatory bodies.
- Manage relations with authorities such as police, fire services, and labor inspectors.
- Oversee operational and investment budgets.
- Regularly inspect fire safety and security installations.
- Ensure compliance with ICPE regulations, labor code, and transport safety standards.
- Guarantee the application and updating of transport-related security procedures.
- Track transport incidents and develop corrective action plans.
- Prepare QSE, EDD, EST, POI documents and dossiers for transport and security authorizations.
- Lead a small team and manage the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) with a coordinator.
- Participate in health prevention and working condition improvement initiatives.
- Engineering degree or technical university degree at Bac+5 level in security, safety, and risk management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security and Safety Manager, preferably with experience in the luxury sector.
- Knowledge of environmental and health initiatives.
- SSIAP 3 certification is appreciated.
- Strong command of safety and security regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Ability to conduct audits and implement corrective measures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years as a Security and Safety Manager, ideally within the luxury industry.
Engineering degree or technical university degree at Bac+5 level.
