1. Implement and enforce the security policy of FG Manufacture.
2. Conduct and update risk analyses to identify threats and define appropriate preventive measures.
3. Develop, update, and disseminate security and safety procedures, instructions, and protocols.
4. Monitor indicators and produce regular reports for management.
5. Organize audits, controls, and security drills.
6. Ensure confidentiality of information and documentation.
7. Promote a culture of vigilance and prevention within the establishment.
8. Initiate, lead, and coordinate crisis cells when necessary.
9. Assist operational teams in incident management and analysis, implementing corrective actions.
10. Contribute to the Video Surveillance and Malicious Acts Research Plan (PRVM) in compliance with legislation.
11. Raise awareness and train site employees and residents on security issues.
12. Anticipate technological and regulatory developments in security.
13. Lead team briefings to ensure effective communication and address dysfunctions.
14. Ensure the training level of agents meets expectations and propose additional training if necessary.
15. Provide replacement solutions in case of unforeseen events or planned absences within the team.
16. Maintain the integrity of the logbook, ensuring compliance with data entry constraints and information quality.
17. Maintain a healthy and serene social climate within the team.
18. Ensure operational readiness of security and safety equipment (implementation of VGP, monitoring of extinguishers, etc.).
19. Maintain direct contact with relevant service providers.
20. Ensure alignment between evacuation procedures and their execution conditions.
21. Supervise and coordinate external security service providers.
22. Maintain close relationships with local authorities (police, gendarmerie, fire brigade, municipalities, professional networks) to ensure effective cooperation.
23. Conduct continuous regulatory, technological, and sectoral monitoring.
24. Propose improvements to existing systems, adapt processes to the evolution of the Manufacture, and optimize costs.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in security, safety, or risk management.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in demanding environments.
3. Proficiency in security and fire safety regulations.
4. Completion of CT-CERIC training.

3. Technical knowledge of access control, alarm, and video surveillance systems.
4. Mastery of physical security and risk management concepts.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

8. Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within a demanding environment.
