1. Support all incoming and outgoing physical and IT merchandise flows, including receiving, order follow-up, ticketing, transfers, and shipments, as well as e-commerce shipping to the Regional Digital warehouse.
2. Adhere to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient stock management.
3. Assist in inventory activities, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
4. Provide administrative follow-up for Care Services and support the sales team with key procedures.
5. Demonstrate knowledge and respect for key policies and processes, and exemplary use of all back-office tools.
6. Supervise supply needs, including uniforms and consumable supplies, and ensure maintenance and upkeep of store facilities.

1. Required knowledge and experience in the retail and service field.
2. At least two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

1. Knowledge of luxury products.
2. Proficiency in additional languages, with English being essential.
3. Basic IT skills, particularly in Office applications.
4. Positive and kind attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Flexibility and strong work ethic.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
