1. Support all incoming and outbound physical and IT merchandise flows, including ecommerce shipping to the Regional Digital warehouse.
2. Adhere to storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices.
3. Assist with inventory activities, including weekly cycle counts and annual inventory.
4. Manage the administrative follow-up of Care Services and support the sales team on key procedures.
5. Ensure knowledge and adherence to key policies and processes, and demonstrate exemplary use of all back-office tools.
6. Supervise supplies needs, including uniforms and consumable supplies, and oversee maintenance and store upkeep.

1. Required knowledge and experience in the retail and service field.

1. Knowledge of luxury products.
2. Proficiency in English and other languages is a plus.
3. Basic IT skills, particularly in Office applications.
4. Positive and kind attitude.
5. Strong team-working capabilities.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a gentle language and behavior with colleagues.
7. Flexibility and a strong work ethic.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the retail and service field is required, with at least two years preferred.
