1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients by sharing detailed stories and information about products.
3. Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify and advise on customer expectations, promoting add-on sales.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable retail experience.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment across all communication channels.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in collaboration with the management team.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Supervise product feedback and prepare deliveries and packaging.

1. Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a degree from a fashion school.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
