1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and work towards daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Identify customer expectations and provide product advice and add-on sales.
5. Deliver exceptional retail ceremonies and go the extra mile for customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
8. Develop local and international client books and recruit top clients.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping of products.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Fluent in English (C1-C2); additional languages are a plus.
