1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
3. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
5. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
6. Ensure a welcoming and client-focused environment across all communication channels.
7. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
8. Resolve client issues in partnership with management.
9. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
10. Prepare deliveries and ensure proper packaging and wrapping.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2) with additional languages as a plus.
