1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories.
3. Understand daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, going the extra mile for clients.
6. Handle customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
8. Develop and manage a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Supervise product feedback and prepare products for packaging and delivery.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.

1. Strong knowledge of products and selling techniques.
2. Fluency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Office 360 and basic digital software.
4. Ambition to grow in luxury retail and take on new challenges.

6. Commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
7. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
8. Effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred experience of 2 to 3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.

University degree or Fashion school degree.
