1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques and product expertise.
2. Engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
3. Understand and meet daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment across all communication channels.
8. Develop and maintain a local and international client book.
9. Collaborate with management to resolve client issues.
10. Assist in product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and oversee product packaging and wrapping.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a degree from a fashion school.
3. Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level); additional languages are advantageous.
