1. Achieve sales objectives through effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with product details and stories.
3. Understand and utilize daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide an exceptional retail experience and go the extra mile for customers.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling effectively.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment with best-in-class service.
8. Develop and manage a local and international client book.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with the management team.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. English proficiency (C1-C2) is mandatory; other languages are a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within fashion and luxury boutiques.

University education or a Fashion school degree.
