1. Achieve sales objectives using effective sales techniques.
2. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
3. Understand and meet daily objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
4. Identify customer expectations and advise on products and add-on sales.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and retail ceremony.
6. Manage customer database and clienteling.
7. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment across all communication channels.
8. Develop a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
9. Resolve client issues in partnership with management to benefit both the business and the client.
10. Contribute to product reception, quality control, and stock updates.
11. Prepare deliveries and essential elements for product packaging and wrapping.

1. Preferred experience of 2-3 years in fashion and luxury boutiques.
2. University education or a Fashion school degree.
3. English proficiency at C1-C2 level; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Basic knowledge of Office 360 and digital software.
