1. Lead functional architecture analysis, research, design, and development of new functionalities and integration within SAP ecosystems.
2. Participate in functional architecture design reviews, product roadmap, and strategy definition.
3. Contribute to multiple deployments of the SAP Core Model solution, coordinating and validating IT vendor deliveries.
4. Develop a deep understanding of Dior's business processes and strategy through collaboration with stakeholders and process owners.
5. Guide development teams in configuring and implementing solutions according to product development standards.
6. Collaborate with other functional architects and business analysts to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
7. Participate in design sessions, demos, prototype sessions, testing, and training workshops with business users and IT associates.

1. Higher education in computer science, engineering, or equivalent field.
2. Minimum 8 years of significant SAP experience, ideally within the retail or luxury industry.
3. Strong configuration skills in SAP MM&SD/LE; SAP CAR experience is a plus.
4. Experience with POS/OMS integration is advantageous.
5. Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents and deliver desired functionalities.
6. Knowledge of global SAP deployment methodologies and support models.
7. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
8. Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

1. Advanced troubleshooting skills in SAP environments.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on existing complex applications.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in SAP environments, with a focus on retail or luxury industries.

Higher education in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
