- Assist the Boutique Manager in daily operations and achieving sales goals for specific product categories.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service in accordance with Christian Dior standards.
- Meet sales targets and minimize stock losses.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product and range knowledge.
- Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
- Maximize sales performance and conversion rates.
- Inspire outstanding customer service and assist in setting sales goals for associates.
- Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
- Prepare merchandise displays and presentations.
- Train and manage sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and standards.
- Secure the store and ensure adherence to security procedures.
- 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
- Efficient boutique operations management.
- Effective merchandising skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
A minimum of 4 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity within a luxury product environment.
