1. Assist the Boutique Manager in daily operations and achieving sales goals for specific product categories.
2. Ensure the highest level of customer service in accordance with Christian Dior standards.
3. Meet sales targets and minimize stock losses.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product and range knowledge.
5. Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.
6. Supervise, coach, and motivate team members.
7. Maximize sales performance and conversion rates.
8. Inspire outstanding customer service and assist in setting sales goals for associates.
9. Develop and maintain clientele relationships.
10. Prepare merchandise displays and presentations.
11. Train and manage sales associates in selling skills.
12. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance and convey necessary information.
13. Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
14. Oversee compliance with company policies and standards.
15. Secure the store and ensure adherence to security procedures.

1. 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
2. Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity.
3. Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
4. Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.

A minimum of 4 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity within a luxury product environment.
