1. Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.
2. Provide and inspire outstanding customer service.
3. Assist in assigning and monitoring sales goals of Sales Associates.
4. Responsible for clientele development.
5. Participate in the preparation of merchandise displays and presentations.
6. Train, coach, develop, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
7. Conduct and participate in regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
8. Facilitate proper communication between management and associates.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
3. Strong understanding of luxury retail operations and customer service excellence.

3. Effective management of sales staff toward achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
4. Proficient in managing boutique operations including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
5. Effective merchandising skills.

7. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
8. Clear and concise communication skills.
9. Proficiency in operating POS systems, PCs, and other office equipment.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
