1. Oversee compliance with company policies and standards, ensuring the safekeeping of funds and property, and adherence to personnel practices.

3. Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with all security procedures.
4. Meet sales targets and minimize stock losses.

6. Participate in staffing, scheduling, merchandising, and inventory management.

8. Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily.

11. Develop clientele and manage customer relationships.
12. Prepare merchandise displays and presentations using independent judgment.
13. Train, coach, develop, and manage sales associates in selling skills.
14. Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
15. Facilitate communication between management and associates.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

3. Proficiency in sales performance analysis and customer service.
4. Ability to manage inventory and merchandising effectively.
