- Maximize sales and monitor daily sales performance and conversion rates.
- Provide exemplary customer service and inspire the same in team members.
- Assist in setting and monitoring sales targets for Sales Associates.
- Develop and manage clientele relationships.
- Prepare merchandise displays and presentations, applying merchandising concepts and guidelines.
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates in selling skills.
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance, sales training, and product knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between management and associates.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
- Manage merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV’s).
- Oversee department inventories and monitor merchandise pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping procedures.
- Address and resolve issues affecting department service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Secure the store and ensure adherence to security procedures.
- 4+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in management within a luxury product setting.
- Strong initiative and commercial creativity with a keen fashion sensitivity.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry and brand consistency.
- Ability to maintain a presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to develop and train associates and build relationships.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Effective management of sales staff towards achieving sales and clienteling objectives.
- Proficiency in boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Effective merchandising skills.
- Ability to maintain consistent workforce standards.
- Time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems, PCs, phone systems, cash registers, and other office equipment.
Minimum 4 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
