Christian Dior Sales Supervisor

- Assist in managing day-to-day boutique operations and achieving sales goals for specific product categories.

- Train the team on optimizing Capture Rate and After Sale to develop personal customer databases.
- At least 4+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury product setting.
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity consistent with the brand.
- Demonstrated initiative and commercial creativity.
- Ability to maintain presence on the selling floor for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Develop and train associates, build relationships, and utilize skills of associates effectively.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Effectively manage sales staff towards achieving sales and clientele objectives.
- Manage boutique operations, including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping standards.
- Merchandise effectively.
- Maintain consistent standards across the workforce.
- Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly and concisely, and listen attentively.
- Operate all necessary equipment, including POS systems, PC, phone systems, cash register, and sensor-tag remover.
A minimum of 4 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a management role within a luxury setting.
