Christian Dior Sales Planning Manager

- Lead and manage the Central Women's Sales Planning team, ensuring methodological innovation and harmonization across product categories.
- Collaborate regularly with the Men's Central Sales Planning team to assess collection impacts and enhance sales planning practices and tools.
- Facilitate the monthly collaborative sales forecasting process in close cooperation with regional Sales Planner teams.
- Present sales forecast trends at monthly Industrial and Commercial Plan (P.I.C.) meetings with General Management.
- Serve as the primary contact for Women's Business Units for revenue construction and monthly Forecast Committee activities for each category.
- Develop and communicate a clear commercial objective vision for Women's categories to the Business Planning team, contributing to the monthly Best Estimate process.
- Organize and lead the sales forecasting process during showroom buying sessions four times annually.
- Partner with Central Supply & Distribution teams to proactively manage collection launches, stock sizing, and production needs.
- Continuously improve management and reporting tools.
- Foster talent development within the team.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain with significant sales forecasting experience.
- Proficiency in information systems and data manipulation (Excel, Access, Anaplan, PowerBI).
- Fluency in English in a professional context.
- Strong market understanding and business acumen.
- Proven ability to lead a team of 4-5 individuals.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to synthesize information.
- Reliability, rigor, and adaptability.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
- Leadership and persuasive skills to achieve consensus.
Minimum of 10 years in Supply Chain with significant experience in sales forecasting.
