1. Provide exemplary customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients to the highest standards.
2. Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized, one-on-one shopping experiences.
3. Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
4. Maximize sales potential by introducing add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively handle customer complaints, liaising with the line manager as necessary.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and display within the department.
9. Familiarize with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping and retail standards within the store.
11. Take necessary actions to maximize security and prevent theft.
12. Ensure departmental operations align with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
13. Participate in team meetings and contribute positively.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Strong knowledge of Ladies Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods
2. Previous experience within luxury fashion
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Existing client book and ability to build long-term client relationships
