1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, serving, and advising clients to the highest standard.
2. Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized shopping experiences and relationship building.
3. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about current advertising, marketing campaigns, and new product launches.
4. Maximize sales potential through add-on sales and achieving individual and departmental targets.
5. Effectively manage customer complaints in collaboration with the line manager.
6. Maintain awareness of sales targets and department performance on a daily and weekly basis.
7. Adhere to stock management procedures.
8. Support the team in maintaining high standards of housekeeping and display within the department.
9. Familiarize with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures.
10. Ensure the store maintains high retail standards and housekeeping.
11. Implement measures to maximize security and prevent product theft.
12. Ensure departmental operations align with company administration systems and procedures to minimize losses.
13. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

1. Previous experience in luxury fashion retail.
2. Availability to work full-time, including weekends.
3. Ability to start by mid-September 2025.

Minimum of 3 years in a luxury fashion environment.
