Christian Dior Sales Audit Manager

- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly audits of sales transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness across boutiques and leased department store locations.
- Identify and investigate discrepancies in sales data, including pricing errors, discounts, deposits, and returns.
- Conduct store audits related to sales operations and provide summaries of audit findings with recommendations for improvement.
- Support the sales to cash reconciliation process, ensuring compliance and addressing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales, accounting, and IT departments to resolve point of sale system issues and implement new procedures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive sales audit procedures and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales audit processes and recommend improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial controls, or retail operations.
- Experience in a multi-location environment is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail store systems, including point of sale systems, inventory management, and deposits.
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience in debit/credit transactions, general ledger management, and account reconciliation.
- Strong internal control knowledge with an emphasis on compliance, risk assessment, and policy adherence.
- Analytical, investigative, and communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
- Project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
Minimum of 15 years in accounting, auditing, financial controls, or retail operations, with experience in a multi-location environment preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
