1. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store's commercial success.
2. Master selling techniques and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's product offerings and new collections.
3. Participate in training sessions to enhance expertise across all product categories and store universes.
4. Uphold Dior's standards in dress code and grooming, embodying the role of a Dior Ambassador.
5. Execute back-office tasks including stock management and cycle counts.
6. Adhere to security, cash, and stock procedures while supporting visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Deliver exceptional customer care services, including follow-up communications and product care.
8. Cultivate customer relationships through consistent outreach and engagement initiatives.
9. Expand customer portfolio by implementing action plans to enhance recruitment and retention.
10. Excel in the Dior(In)Sight program, achieving high Net Promoter Scores.

1. Minimum of two years' experience in retail or hospitality.
2. Strong drive for business results and a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to develop lasting relationships through strong communication skills.
4. Proven track record of outstanding customer service across various communication channels.
5. Capability to manage time and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Fluency in Polish and English, with additional languages considered an asset.
