1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators such as individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a client-focused environment by offering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients with detailed product stories.
5. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise when necessary.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.

2. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
3. Outstanding customer service abilities across various communication channels.
4. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems and cash registers.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and client service, preferably within a luxury consumer goods environment.

$24-$26 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
