- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar sales.
- Maintain a results-oriented approach with a positive team-focused attitude.
- Ensure a welcoming and customer-centric environment, providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop a clientele of local and international customers, with the ability to attract and retain VIP clients.
- Demonstrate strong product expertise, engaging customers with the details and stories behind the products.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring business benefit.
- Support sales floor reorganization, merchandising, visual merchandising, and store maintenance as needed.
- Assist in locating products in other boutiques for customers and accurately process sales with shipping as per company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing stock on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Participate in all inventory counts and protect boutique assets by understanding and adhering to operational procedures.
- Assist in wrapping and packaging customer merchandise when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong business results orientation with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
- Ability to read, count, and write accurately to complete all business and customer-related documentation.
- Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a dynamic environment, adaptable to evolving business trends.
- Availability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems, cash registers, security tag removers, computers, and other office equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and displays.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
