1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average transaction value.

7. Assist in locating merchandise in other boutiques for clients and correctly process 'charge-send' sales according to company guidelines.
8. Be responsible for individual stock assignments, organizing inventory in the sales floor and back areas.
9. Participate in all inventories and cycle counts, protecting boutique assets by adhering to operational procedures.
10. Assist in customer merchandise packaging or wrapping when necessary.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong motivation for achieving business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and brand.
3. Ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through effective communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
4. Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
5. Availability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
6. Willingness to comply with all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
