1. Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with Dior standards.
2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring personalized service and styling guidance.
3. Conduct private appointments, fittings, and wardrobe consultations with discretion and professionalism.
4. Provide expert knowledge of fabrics, craftsmanship, and the design process to support confident purchasing decisions.
5. Consistently achieve individual and boutique targets while upholding qualitative service.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail.
2. Fluent in Norwegian and English; additional languages are a plus.

1. Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
2. Genuine passion for luxury fashion and retail.
3. Excellent team building and communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage stock effectively.
5. Ability to maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping.

A minimum of three years in luxury retail, demonstrating a commercial mindset and digital savviness.
