1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Maintain a client-focused environment, delivering exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and manage a local and international client book, recruiting and nurturing top clients.
4. Demonstrate product expertise and engage clients with detailed product knowledge and storytelling.
5. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively, benefiting the business.
6. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Locate merchandise for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts.
9. Assist in packing or wrapping customer merchandise as needed.

1. Minimum 4 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
2. Strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to develop strong relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
4. Outstanding customer service skills across various communication channels.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
6. Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
7. Ability to operate necessary equipment, including phone systems and cash registers.
8. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

At least 4 years of experience in retail sales and client service, preferably within the luxury sector.

Salary range of $21-$24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
