1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Foster a welcoming client-focused environment, providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, cultivating relationships with local and international clientele.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with detailed storytelling about the products.
5. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively, ensuring business benefit.
6. Support boutique operations, including floor moves, merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines.
8. Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory counts to protect boutique assets.
9. Assist in packaging or wrapping customer purchases as needed.

1. Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within the luxury consumer goods sector.
2. Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity, fashion, and brand representation.
3. Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships through effective communication and organizational skills.
4. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service across various communication channels.
5. Ability to adapt priorities and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficient in operating necessary equipment, including phone systems and cash registers.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise weighing up to 30 lbs.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within the luxury consumer goods sector.

Salary range of $21-$24 per hour, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
