1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators such as sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, both locally and internationally, through effective communication and follow-up.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with the stories behind the products.
5. Support boutique operations including merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
6. Participate in inventory management and protect boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures.
7. Assist in locating merchandise for clients and accurately processing transactions.
8. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

1. Minimum of 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
2. Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships through excellent communication and organizational skills.

3. Proficiency in operating retail equipment such as cash registers and computers.

At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, ideally within the luxury sector.
