1. Contribute to the brand's sales growth within the boutique.
2. Represent the brand values and maintain the brand image.
3. Manage client relationships with the objective of selling products and enhancing brand image.
4. Build customer loyalty through CRM actions, including contact and information retrieval, follow-up activities, and event support.
5. Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment by offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through e-communication.
6. Collaborate with the team to resolve client issues effectively for the benefit of both the business and the client.
