1. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators, including sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction.
2. Provide exceptional client service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
3. Develop and maintain a robust client book, fostering strong relationships with local and international clients.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients with detailed product stories.
5. Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Support boutique operations, including merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
7. Participate in inventory management and protect boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures.
8. Assist with packing or wrapping customer purchases as needed.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales and client service, preferably within the luxury consumer goods sector.
2. Strong business acumen with a passion for creativity and fashion.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Proficient in operating necessary equipment such as phone systems, cash registers, and computers.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to develop lasting client relationships.
3. Adaptability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

At least 3 years of experience in retail sales and client service, preferably in luxury consumer goods.
